Protecting the Children's Rights
For Famylies
The mission of the porAymara Foundation is to diligently expose and address violations of international law related to child protection, with a specific focus on the identification and recovery of children who have been unlawfully obtained and subjected to illicit practices on an international scale.
The vision of the porAymara Foundation is to cultivate a united family environment where the protection of children's rights is paramount. Our commitment revolves around ensuring the fundamental rights of children, particularly the right to identity and the opportunity to grow up in an enriching child-centric culture.
The guardianship of minors has become a profitable business in Europe, and for every child and/or adolescent under state care, administrations charge substantial subsidies for their care and maintenance. The "business" has increased with Ukrainian refugee minors. This is the case of a Ukrainian-Russian teenager who, since the age of 14, has escaped from the care of 3 countries.
Darina is a 17-year-old Ukrainian-Russian teenager who could become a symbol of the fratricidal war between the two countries and also a symbol of Ukraine's failure to protect its minors abroad, a very serious attitude, considering that thousands of them are currently scattered all over Europe due to the armed conflict.
Many Ukrainian minors, who have left their country to seek refuge in different European countries, have been separated from their mothers and/or relatives, and have been placed under the guardianship of social services and placed in residential centres or in foster care, in a completely irregular manner; and their consulates have not taken the necessary measures to protect them.

On 17 March 2023, following an investigation into war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide, the International Criminal Court (ICC) issued an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin
and Russian Commissioner for Children's Rights Maria Lvova-Belova, charging them both with the war crime of illegal deportation and transfer of children during the Russian-Ukrainian conflict. To date, however, Ukraine has not claimed the return of any children to Russia.
Together, we can make a difference and stand up for the rights of children.
