Know Your Rights

Knowledge Base

Knowledge is power, an old saying. However, how much do we really know about our rights when dealing with the so-called youth care chain regardless of the country. Pretty much nothing! When faced with it, you are caught in a web where abuse of power by incompotent and often very young so-called youth care workers rule the roost under the guise of "In the best interest of the child". Is that really the case? Is it about the "best interests of the child?" No in 98% of cases it has nothing to do with the child.

Prepare and inform yourself. On this page, we collect as much useful information as possible so that you too know what your rights are. You have more than you think and then indeed knowledge is empowering. It puts you in your power as a parent and there is no shame in asking for help from people who have already learned and gone before you. Do you have a question? Feel free to ask us. We will do our best to inform and support you within our means.

In love & light,

Important documents for you to read

Most documents are written in english, some in other languages. We do our best to translate them for you. If it is not in a language you can understand we advice you to use a translationprogramme like DeepL Translator or try ChatGp for it. Language is one of the main problems when you are dealing with CPS when it is not your homeland.

You know you have the right to have a translator? Demand one and do not try to speak their language. The documents they are presenting you need to be written in a language you understand. There should be a mutual and equal basis for communication.

We will add more documents so visit this page often to keep yourself updated with important information.
