Deel 1 - Geschreven net nadat wij het goede nieuws hebben gehoord :)

27 augustus 2024, 777 dagen geleden dat L.A.W. slachtoffer was van Internationale Institutionele Kinderontvoering en ons leven drastisch veranderde.

Vandaag begint de dag met een lekker zonnetje. Ik sta op na een hele onrustige en drukke dag en de nacht is niet veel beter. Moe en overprikkeld verdwijn ik mijn bed in echter zonder het geluk dat ik in slaap val. Na een uur draaien ben ik echt wakker wakker en kruip op mijn telefoon. Ik beluister wat inspirerende videootjes van Bashar en Abraham Hicks. Mooij sla ik deze keer even over…. Uiteindelijk val ik in een diepe slaap en de wekker heeft in de ochtend geen succes. Later dan gewenst echter nog vroeg genoeg zit ik buiten in alle stilte te genieten van een eerste kopje ochtendkoffie en probeer te landen in deze wereld. De dag begint goed. Gek genoeg ben ik toch soort van uitgerust en dat met een hele lange to-do-lijst welke klaarligt op mijn bureau waar mijn laptop ongeduldig op mij wacht. Vlak voor ik de deur uitvlieg check ik nog even email, ja hoor… mail van de rechtbank welke ik niet kan openen en lezen. Goed, later dan maar en ik vertrek om ruime een uur later weer thuis te zijn.

Inmiddels is iedereen wakker en is er al weer veel gebeurd. Niet ongewoon daar wij inmiddels na ruim twee jaar met een kinderbeschadigerspartij van doen hebben dit dagelijkse kost is. Mails, telefoontjes, brieven, post, onderzoek en archiveren zijn onze dagelijkse bezigheden. Hadden eigenlijk een bord moeten maken voor op het huis “Administratiekantoor Webbink en Co”. Even kort overleg met louis, bijpraten onder het genot van een koffie zoals wij deze het allerlekkerst vinden, gezet op de ouderwetse manier, sterk maar niet te voldoende om de echte smaak van de koffie te ervaren. Louis heeft de rechtbank gebeld om na te vragen of twee van onze e-mails wel zijn aangekomen. Het is gebruikelijk dat de rechtbank geen leesbevestiging stuurt en als ze wat terugsturen kunnen wij dit nooit lezen en moeten dan weer om het juiste format vragen waar wij vervolgens geen antwoord op krijgen dus dan maar even bellen en zo geschiedde. Hier kwamen wij dus niet verder en de spanning loopt wat op daar wij deze informatie nodig hebben voor de zitting van aanstaande donderdag. Een zitting op verzoek van de gecertificeerde instelling het Leger des Heils om de ondertoezichtstelling te stoppen. Ook l.a.w. heeft nog niets gehoord van de rechter over zijn gesprek met hem. Ook bij hem loopt de spanning beetje op daar hij niet weet of hij het gesprek wel krijgt, dit is eerder al niet gebeurd, en wanneer. Wij besluiten de advocaat te bellen. Afgelopen vrijdag hebben wij een gesprek met Robert gehad en hij kwam al pratende en ons verhaal aanhorende op het idee de rechtbank te berichten en te vragen of de zaak niet op een andere wijze afgedaan kan worden. Met andere woorden: Er komt geen zitting waarbij ik en louis en de advocaat hoeft op te komen draven en het op papier afgehandeld kan worden. Wij krijgen de aardige dame van het kantoor aan de bel en hoe het universum het weer bedacht heeft voor ons ook zij stond op het punt de rechtbank te bellen en na te vragen of de zitting van overmorgen wel doorgang heeft of niet. Zij gaat ons terugbellen. Beetje zenuwachtig wachten wij op haar belletje. Ondertussen checken wij onze mails en gaan over op de dagelijkse beslommeringen welke ook gewoon doorgaan keer op keer dag op dag.. Ja de was en de afwas jongen vanzelf maar hebben wel hulp nodig weer schoon in de kasten te verdwijnen.
 
Niet veel later worden wij gebeld.. Gelukkig het is het advocatenkantoor…. Aandachtig luisteren wij naar haar verhaal en haar contact met de rechtbank Zutphen. Wij luisteren gespannen en het lijkt wel of haar woorden voor onze oren blijven hangen, ze niet geheel doordringen en het woorden zijn waar wij al ruim twee jaar voor vechten en van dromen. “De rechtbank heeft contact gehad met de gecertificeerde instelling en aangezien jullie ook akkoord zijn met het feit dat de ondertoezichtstelling niet nodig is wordt het verder zonder zitting afgehandeld”. “Ok, dat klinkt goed zeiden wij” Maar… betekent dit dat wij hebben gewonnen om het zo maar te verwoorden? Ja zegt zei zo kan je het noemen. Wij krijgen vandaag of morgen de schriftelijke bevestiging van de rechtbank via onze advocaat maar dat mag de feeststemming niet drukken!. Wij zijn zonder woorden, kunnen enkel lachen en springen en heel langzaam dringt het door. Wij hebben gewonnen! Twee nul! Eerste overwinning was dat Joanna Lucca vrij heeft gekregen in Spanje bij de kinderbeschadigers IASS Zaragoza Aragon en nu hebben wij gewonnen van de kinderbeschadigers RvdK in Nederland. Het is niet te bevatten maar dit is een ongelofelijk overwinning en wij zijn op de nieuwe weg voorruit naar gerechtigheid. Hoogstwaarschijnlijk gaat het Hoger Beroep van 12 september nu niet door echter gaan wij dit nog overleggen met de advocaat of wij dit intrekken of niet. Wij denken van niet want wij willen dat de gehele waarheid wordt gezien op alle niveaus niet enkel voor ons maar ook voor allen kinderen waar de stichting nu bij betrokken is.
 
Wij kunnen nu echt zeggen Lucca is en blijft veilig! Alle dreigingen zijn nu definitief en officieel verdwenen. Nu kunnen wij de procedures gaan starten voor ons eerherstel, emotionele en materiële schade vergoed te krijgen. Ons huis in Spanje is geruïneerd, onbewoonbaar en onverkoopbaar geworden door toedoen van deze hyena's en ook dat wordt aangepakt . Echter nu eerst voorbereiden voor de zaak aan het Europese Hof voor de Rechten van de Mens in Straatsburg!

Het blijft nog een raar gevoel, rationeel hebben wij het nieuws 'begrepen' echter in gevoel moet het nog indalen. Wij vieren u eerst feest!

Parte 1 - Escrita justo después de recibir la buena noticia :)

27 de agosto de 2024, 777 días desde que L.A.W. fue víctima del Secuestro Institucional Internacional de Menores y cambió drásticamente nuestras vidas.

Hoy el día empieza con un bonito sol. Me levanto después de un día muy inquieto y ajetreado y la noche no es mucho mejor. Cansada y sobreestimulada, me meto en la cama sin suerte para conciliar el sueño. Después de una hora dando vueltas, me despierto de verdad y me arrastro hasta mi teléfono. Escucho algunos vídeos inspiradores de Bashar y Abraham Hicks. Mooij me salto esta vez.... Finalmente caigo en un sueño profundo y el despertador no funciona por la mañana. Más tarde de lo deseado pero todavía lo suficientemente temprano, me siento fuera tranquilamente disfrutando de la primera taza de café de la mañana y trato de aterrizar en este mundo. El día empieza bien. Curiosamente, estoy algo descansado y eso con una larguísima lista de tareas pendientes esperándome sobre mi escritorio, donde mi portátil me aguarda impaciente. Justo antes de salir volando por la puerta, compruebo mi correo electrónico y, efectivamente... correo del juzgado que no puedo abrir ni leer. Bien, más tarde entonces y salgo para estar en casa más de una hora después.

Todo el mundo está despierto y han pasado muchas cosas. No es raro ya que, después de más de dos años de tratar con un pederasta, esto es el día a día. Correos, llamadas telefónicas, cartas, correspondencia, investigación y archivo son nuestras actividades diarias. Debería haber hecho un letrero para la casa «Administratiekantoor Webbink en Co». Una consulta rápida con Louis, poniéndonos al día con el café que más nos gusta, preparado a la antigua usanza, fuerte pero no demasiado para experimentar el auténtico sabor del café. Louis llamó al tribunal para preguntar si habían llegado dos de nuestros correos electrónicos. Es habitual que el tribunal no envíe una confirmación de lectura y, si nos devuelven algo, nunca podemos leerlo y luego tenemos que volver a preguntar por el formato correcto, a lo que luego no obtenemos respuesta, así que llamamos y así sucedió. Así que aquí no llegamos a ninguna parte y la tensión aumenta un poco ya que necesitamos esta información para la audiencia del próximo jueves. Una audiencia a petición de la institución certificada el Ejército de Salvación para detener la orden de supervisión. Además, L.A.W. aún no ha recibido noticias del juez sobre su entrevista con él. La tensión también es un poco alta con él, ya que no sabe si conseguirá la entrevista, esto no ha sucedido antes, y cuándo. Decidimos llamar al abogado. El viernes pasado mantuvimos una conversación con Robert y, mientras hablábamos y escuchábamos nuestra historia, se le ocurrió la idea de avisar al juzgado y preguntar si el caso no podría resolverse de otra manera. En otras palabras: No habrá una vista a la que tengamos que presentarnos louis, el abogado y yo y se podrá resolver por escrito. Nos llama por teléfono la amable señora de la oficina y, como el universo ha vuelto a resolverlo por nosotros, ella también estaba a punto de llamar al juzgado para preguntar si la vista de pasado mañana seguiría adelante o no. Nos volverá a llamar. Nerviosos, esperamos su llamada. Mientras tanto, revisamos nuestros correos electrónicos y seguimos con nuestras tareas cotidianas, que también continúan día tras día. Sí, la colada y los platos se recogen solos, pero necesitan ayuda para volver a desaparecer limpios en los armarios.

No mucho más tarde recibimos una llamada. Por suerte es el bufete .... Escuchamos atentamente su historia y su contacto con el tribunal de Zutphen. Escuchamos con tensión y parece como si sus palabras permanecieran ante nuestros oídos, no acaban de penetrar y son palabras con las que hemos estado luchando y soñando durante más de dos años. «El tribunal se ha puesto en contacto con la institución certificada y, dado que ustedes también están de acuerdo en que la orden de supervisión no es necesaria, se seguirá tramitando sin vista». «Ok, eso suena bien dijimos» Pero... ¿significa esto que hemos ganado para decirlo de esa manera? Sí, eso es lo que hemos dicho. Recibiremos la confirmación por escrito del tribunal a través de nuestro abogado hoy o mañana, ¡pero eso no debería aguarnos la fiesta! No tenemos palabras, sólo podemos reír y saltar, y poco a poco nos damos cuenta. Hemos ganado. Dos a cero. La primera victoria fue que Joanna Lucca fue liberada en España de los abusadores de niños IASS Zaragoza Aragon y ahora hemos ganado de los abusadores de niños RvdK en Holanda. Es incomprensible pero es una victoria increíble y estamos en el nuevo camino hacia la justicia. Lo más probable es que ahora no se celebre la apelación del 12 de septiembre, pero ya discutiremos con el abogado si la retiramos o no. Creemos que no porque queremos que se vea toda la verdad a todos los niveles, no sólo por nosotros sino también por todos los niños con los que la fundación está ahora involucrada.

Ahora podemos decir que Lucca es y sigue siendo segura. Todas las amenazas han desaparecido definitiva y oficialmente. Ahora podemos iniciar los trámites para nuestra rehabilitación, indemnización por daños emocionales y materiales. Nuestra casa en España ha quedado arruinada, inhabitable e invendible a manos de estas hienas y eso también se solucionará . Sin embargo, ¡ahora primero hay que prepararse para el caso en el Tribunal Europeo de Derechos Humanos de Estrasburgo!

Todavía es una sensación extraña, racionalmente hemos «entendido» la noticia, pero en el sentimiento aún no ha calado. ¡Lo celebraremos primero!

Part 1 - Written just after we heard the good news :)

August 27, 2024, 777 days since L.A.W. was a victim of International Institutional Child Abduction and drastically changed our lives.

Today the day starts with a nice sunshine. I get up after a very restless and busy day and the night is not much better. Tired and overstimulated, I disappear into my bed however with no luck of falling asleep. After an hour of turning, I am truly awake and crawl onto my phone. I listen to some inspiring videos by Bashar and Abraham Hicks. Mooij I skip this time.... Eventually I fall into a deep sleep and the alarm clock is unsuccessful in the morning. Later than desired but still early enough, I sit outside quietly enjoying a first cup of morning coffee and try to land in this world. The day begins well. Funnily enough, I am sort of rested and that with a very long to-do list lying ready on my desk where my laptop is impatiently waiting for me. Just before I fly out the door, I check my e-mail and, sure enough... mail from the court which I cannot open and read. Fine, later then and I leave to be home more than an hour later.

By now, everyone is awake and a lot has happened. Not unusual since, after more than two years of dealing with a child molester, this is daily business. Mails, phone calls, letters, mail, research and filing are our daily activities. Should have actually made a sign for the house ‘Administratiekantoor Webbink en Co’. A quick consultation with louis, catching up over coffee as we like it best, brewed the old-fashioned way, strong but not too much to experience the real taste of coffee. Louis called the court to inquire whether two of our e-mails had arrived. It is customary for the court not to send a reading confirmation and if they send something back, we can never read it and then have to ask again for the correct format to which we then get no answer so we called and so it happened. So here we got nowhere and the tension mounts a bit as we need this information for the hearing next Thursday. A hearing at the request of the certified institution the Salvation Army to stop the supervision order. (Full documentation will be posted later on the website www.poraymarafoundation.org).

Also l.a.w. has not yet heard anything from the judge about his interview with him. The tension is also running a little high with him as he does not know whether he will get the interview, this has not happened before, and when. We decide to call the lawyer. Last Friday, we had a conversation with Robert and, while talking and listening to our story, he came up with the idea of notifying the court and asking whether the case could not be settled in another way. In other words: There will be no hearing where me and louis and the lawyer have to turn up and it can be settled on paper. We get the nice lady from the office on the phone and how the universe has figured it out for us again she too was about to call the court and inquire whether the hearing the day after tomorrow will go ahead or not. She is going to call us back. Rather nervously, we wait for her call. Meanwhile, we check our e-mails and go about our daily business, which also continues day after day. Yes the laundry and the dishes boy themselves but need help to disappear clean into the cupboards again.

Not much later we get a call. Thankfully it's the law firm.... Attentively we listen to her story and her contact with the Zutphen court. We listen tensely and it seems as if her words linger before our ears, they don't quite penetrate and they are words we have been fighting and dreaming of for over two years. ‘The court has been in contact with the certified institution and since you also agree that the supervision order is not needed it will be handled further without a hearing’. ‘Ok, that sounds good we said’ But... does this mean we have won to put it that way? Yes says said so you can call it that. We will get the written confirmation from the court through our lawyer today or tomorrow but that should not dampen the party mood! We are without words, can only laugh and jump and very slowly it dawns on us. We have won! Two nil! First victory was that Joanna Lucca got free in Spain at the child abusers IASS Zaragoza Aragon and now we have won from the child abusers RvdK in the Netherlands. It is unfathomable but this is an incredible victory and we are on the new road forward to justice. Most likely, the appeal on 12 September will now not take place, but we will discuss this with the lawyer whether we will withdraw it or not. We think not because we want the whole truth to be seen at all levels not only for us but also for all the children the foundation is now involved with.

We can now truly say Lucca is and remains safe! All threats are now definitively and officially gone. Now we can start the procedures for our rehabilitation, emotional and material damage compensation. Our house in Spain has been ruined, uninhabitable and unsellable at the hands of these hyenas and that too will be addressed . However, now first prepare for the case at the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg!

It is still a strange feeling, rationally we have ‘understood’ the news but in feeling it has yet to sink in. We will celebrate you first!
